Covid Update

I am pleased to have completed additional training with Special Yoga – if you would like to discuss 1to1 sessions for your special child please do contact me.

Tots Yoga

TOTS is designed for nursery & preschools settings.  The class is a mixture of songs, dances, stories & fun. Introductions to meditation, mindfulness & breathing techniques that can be used to help learn self-regulation/ self-soothing & relaxation. We recommend a maximum of 30 minutes.

Kids Yoga

KIDS classes designed for Primary schools. Classes begin with breathing techniques and mini mediation then a short warm up before moving onto physical poses (using age appropriate stories, rhymes, songs and sometimes music), normally we play a yoga game before winding down and ending the class with relaxation.

Teens Yoga

TEENS is for 13-18 year olds. Taught with an adult style class but using music, some games & partner poses to include a fun element to the class. Allowing time for the teen to connect with themselves, teaching relaxation & breathing techniques which will not only help with things such as exam stress but any stressful or anxious time in their lives and supporting positive mental health. Yoga is fully inclusive keeping the sporty & non sporty teens happy and in a non competitive environment. Namaste Teens is available to secondary schools and can be taught as P.E, PSHE or general wellbeing. Sessions can be from 30-60 minutes.
